LG G3 - Features and Specification

LG announced the LG G3 with some of the best specs and most of the stuff that was already known to most of the world after those several leaks. After LG had come up with the new design having the keys on the back in the LG G2, the company retained the same button position in the LG G Pro 2, and now the G3 too maintains the same external look.

What is more important to look here, is the display and the internal configuration of the LG G3. The new flagship from LG comes with 5.5-inch Quad HD display with 538ppi with four times the resolution of HD and almost two times higher resolution than a Full HD display. The powering is by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset, clocking at up to 2.5 GHz, and there is a support by 2GB / 3GB RAM based on the storage – 16GB and 32GB variants, with the storage expansion possible to 128GB with the MicroSD card.

Design:

The front of the phone has a very narrow bezel, and the area given for the screen is large. The back is metallic with the brushed metal look, and the back keys are all flat. Just like the HTC One M8, the LG G3 has a curved design on the back. The flattening of the back keys is what makes it better than the G2 because those buttons were what making the keys prone to scratching.

Display:

The display of the LG G3 is of 5.5-inch in size, with the resolution being a Quad HD one, four times an HD display and thus the resolution – 2560 x 1440 pixels, taking the pixel density to 538 PPI. It’s an IPS display, similar to what LG used in the G2 which had a Full HD display.

Camera:

LG made the camera a lot better with a new addition – Laser autofocus! That’s something new and innovative. Apart from that, the 13-megapixel shooter of the LG G3 will come with the Advanced OIS+ and there is a Dual LED flash.
