Just three months after launching their first tablets in the country,
Wishtel has announced another Android tablet in the Indian market today.
Dubbed as Ira Thing 2, it features Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and
has been priced at Rs 6,500.
Wishtel Ira Thing 2 comes with 7-inch
multi-touch display, 4GB of internal memory and 1.5GHz processor.
According to the company, it will be available in six colours - black,
red, yellow, pink, blue and white.
Wishtel claims that Ira Thing 2
has been designed and manufactured in India and offers Indian language
keyboard to support 14 Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati,
Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Oriya.
The tablet comes pre-loaded with TV and e-news apps, which give access to over 120 channels and 55 newspapers respectively.

earlier two products - Ira & Ira Thing and are overwhelmed with the
responses received from our customers. With the launch of IRA Thing 2,
we wish to offer the youth of today, a device that is fun, trendy and
offers access to the best of entertainment and education applications at
an affordable price," said Milind Shah, Chief Executive Officer,
WishTel.
The Ira Thing 2 improves in every department over the
company's previously launched Ira, Ira Thing tablets, which featured
obsolete Android 2.2, and 800MHz processor.
Wishtel Ira Thing 2 will soon be available in over 50 major cities of the country.
