After the humongous popularity of Samsung’s Galaxy Note,
the time has come for its successor which is undoubtedly called as the
Samsung Galaxy Note 2. If you could just recollect, then Samsung has
earlier launched Samsung Galaxy Note in 2011 which came with the
Gingerbread 2.3 firmware and a 5.3 inched screen. An all-new version of
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is in the making and the same will be unveiled in
the IFA 2012 which will be held in Berlin in September.
It is being said that the new Galaxy Note
which will be released will be coming up with the larger 5.5” screen
compared with the present 5.3” inched screen size. No doubt, it should
come with the latest Jellybean 4.1 version of firmware and if not then
it will surely run on the ICS Android 4.0 firmware. Though there are no
leads or leaks mentioning about the processing speeds, but it’s pegged
that it will be coming with the faster Quad core processor with enhanced
power saving capabilities. Also, we have been hearing that a newer
technology laden screen will be used which comes with the unbreakable
plane display (UBP) technology. As of now it’s only the HTC One X which comes with highest quad core processing speed capabilities.
Considering the fact that the sales of Galaxy Note & Galaxy S3
were way too higher than expected, the sales of Galaxy Note 2 too will
be shooting the sales numbers of Samsung Electronics above expectation.
With the rumours of Apple iPhone 5 being launched anytime soon later
this year, Samsung will ensure that its way superior than any other
smartphone. As per the reports of MK Business News source, it
has been mentioned that Samsung will be employing the latest unbreakable
plane display technology which is nothing but a precursor to the future
proof flexible display. This display technology usage is in line with
its future technology on mobile screen.
On the camera front, Samsung might just get rid of its age old 8MP
mark to the higher 12MP camera in its all new Galaxy Note 2 which will
be launched in IFA 2012. Also, Samsung will have to make sure about each
and every single component so as to get away with the law suits filed
by Apple as recently its Galaxy Tab 10.1 variant as well as Samsung’s
Galaxy NEXUS got banned in US after a local court ruling.
Stay tuned to androidadvices as we will update with all the latest
info about IFA 2012 as well as about the Samsung Galaxy Note 2
smartphone as in when we get any. As of now there still no details about
other functionalities and the new apps which will be launched. Much
slated the Premium Suite for Galaxy Note too will be announced in the
coming days to come as it was due for the launch in Q2 2012.
